A beautiful brownstone in the heart of Uptown! Built in 1912, the building is a mostly full of large one bedroom + sunroom units. There are a couple two bedroom units as well. Original hardwood floors, claw foot tubs, and built in buffets make these units lovely. Many have updated kitchens and bathrooms but use materials to match the style of the building (classic black and white tiled bathroom floors, pedestal sinks, and such). This building is also one of our dog friendly properties! Each unit has a private back entrance to make coming and going with a dog very convenient.
